If you wish to have one or more of your pens engraved
you will need to place your order over the phone.
We offer the following methods of engraving.
Laser Engraving – Allow 6 weeks from receipt of camera
ready artwork. $100.00 one time set-up charge. Additional per
pen charge of $1.00. For Pens #400, #AG7, #CH4, #M4, #M5. (At
higher quantities this method becomes much cheaper than individual
name engraving.)
Individual Name Engraving – Allow 2 weeks from receipt
of order. Additional per pen charge of $1.50 per line per pen.
Roman, Cal Script, and Helvetica are the font options. (This is
the most popular method of engraving for quantities of 1-50 pens.)
Engraving fonts available on select pens:
Hot Stamping – For Plastic barrel imprint only. Allow
4 weeks from receipt of camera ready artwork. $50.00 one time
set-up charge. Additional per pen charge of 10 cents. Set-up and
per pen charge waived on orders of 200 pens or more. Order is
subject to 3% over/under shipment. For Pens #251, #775, #R80
Silkscreening – Barrel imprint only (#400 Cap). Allow
4 weeks from receipt of camera ready artwork. $50.00 one time
set-up charge. Additional per pen charge of 50 cents. Order is
subject to 3% over/under shipment. Silkscreening of metallic gold
and silver not available. For Pens #251, #775, #R80, #400 Cap
